Panic prevails in Corniche al-Mazraa, security convoy fires shots at a woman, children | Sawt Beirut International.

This is proof that some politicians are still in an ottoman mindset, and have no respect for the people. 

This is also reminiscent of when a Syrian convoy rammed into my car in 1994 or so, when Syrian still occupied Lebanon.
