Lebanese president: ‘We set plan for Syria refugees’ return’ – Middle East Monitor



This was a month ago, before the seaport explosion in Beirut.  I hope the current mess won't shake up the Lebanese resolve in holding Syria accountable for the refugees it sent to Lebanon and stopping it from leaning on Lebanon.
